Present: Members:Bob Mann, Zack Boyajian, Blaze Konefal, Jim Eggers, Marianne DiTaranto, Guest:Ken Stern of Five Rivers Conservation Trus
Call to Order: NA. This was a working meeting held at SpauldingTown Forest so that Ken Stern could join us to talk about easement protectionfor town lands.

l Spaulding Town Forest: The memberspresent and Ken Stern walked the trail in the Spaulding Town Forest. Membersmarked the boundaries and Ken performed a Baseline Documentation of theproperty which included a physical assessment, natural resources, and thehistory of management of the forest. Upon reaching the summit, there was somediscussion on the possibility of creating a vista from the trail that facedNottingham Mountain. Another suggestionmade by Ken addressed using the Stewardship Network through the UNH ExtensionService to assist with trail building and maintenance. Ken will forward
theLand Protection Policy. Blaze will take bids from potential surveyors andMarianne will check with Teresa Paradise to see if she will allow us to park onher land.
l Easement Stewardship: An easement walkof the property behind Camping World was conducted. The boundary markers werefound and verified.
Meeting adjourned at 1:30. Next meeting: December 8, 2016 at7 pm at the Grange Hall, in the Selectmen’s Office. Public is invited. Minutesrespectfully taken by Marianne DiTaranto.
